Shipping area
We currently ship within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of receipt of payment. No shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery time
- Germany: approx. 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Austria: approx. 3–6 working days after dispatch
- Switzerland: approx. 4–8 working days after dispatch (plus any customs clearance)
These figures are guide values and may vary depending on availability and the shipping service provider.
Shipping costs
The exact shipping costs are shown to you during the ordering process before payment is completed.
Shipping service providers
Shipping is handled by common parcel service providers (e.g. DHL). After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Delivery outside the EU (Switzerland)
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs or import fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient. These are not included in the shipping costs and are not calculated by us in advance.
