Neck Support with Ceramic Inserts – Nano Neck Support, Size M/XL

The FIRTECH neck support provides a gentle hold and warmth for the neck and cervical area – in everyday life, at the workplace or on the move.

The red inner surface is finished with ceramic particles and metals. They absorb body heat and return it to the skin as gentle infrared warmth – a purely passive effect, entirely without electricity or batteries.

Intended purpose

Support for the neck and cervical area to reduce strain on the neck muscles in everyday life and at the workplace.

Choosing your size

Measure your neck circumference. M corresponds to 43–47 cm, XL corresponds to 51–56 cm (manufacturer's specification).

Material composition

100% polyester. The red inner surface is additionally finished with ceramic particles and metals.

Use

Apply the product so that it sits noticeably close to the body without constricting. It must not press or cause any numbness. Remove it if discomfort occurs.

Warnings

• Do not apply to injured, inflamed or open skin.
• In the case of circulatory disorders, diabetes mellitus, sensory disorders or skin conditions, seek medical advice before use.
• Use on children only on medical recommendation.
• Remove immediately in the case of pain, numbness, skin redness or swelling.
• Seek medical advice in the case of persistent or severe complaints. The product does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Serious incidents must be reported to the manufacturer and to the BfArM.

Care

Hand wash only, as often as you like, with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean, do not bleach. Air dry in the shade. Hand washing extends the service life of the product.

Class I medical device in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), CE marked. The manufacturer's quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2016. Notified to the Greek National Organisation for Medicines (EOF).
